Professional Quality Analysts, Inc. began their company knowing that the Professional and Business communities are facing a mandate of monitoring their customers/patients satisfaction with the services/care being provided as well as measurements of the quality of the outcomes. PQA has developed a program of customizable study designs and subsequent analysis for the Medical Community that will allow them to perform more effectively in the Managed Care arena and for Businesses that will permit a better understanding of their customers’ response to them and the possible need for change.

The co-founders of PQA have over 45 years of experience in the Healthcare field from direct service delivery to management and Quality oversight. Ms. Susan Gregory is a Registered Nurse who is also a certified Case Manager and a Diplomat of the America n Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. She has been in the central Florida area for 13 years and has worked in Industry as well as for a Managed Care company where she was the Director of Case Management and Quality Analyst before forming PQA. Dr. Robert Pollack is a Board Certified physician who has been in central Florida for over 20 years. He was a co-founder of a group practice and a Managed Care company where he served as Medical Director and was in charge of the Quality Improvement program. He was also a co-founder of an inpatient facility and has served on the Executive Committees of several area hospitals.
